First of all welcome and thank you for being here!
Hi, I’m Paula and I’m Hinderer Homes an interior architecture and design studio. My mission is to not only make interior design accessible for all but most importantly make ,feeling at home’ an experience for all. The purpose of Hinderer Homes is to support you in creating your dream home that is uniquely yours. I strive to create a space that embodies your personality, embraces you, and fulfills all your personalized needs and desires. I’m here to challenge you on the question 'What does home mean to you? How do you want to live?' The perfect project outcome for Hinderer Homes is when my clients walk into the space and have that sense of connection, that comfortable feeling of coming home - that’s when my job is done. I'm here to make a real impact with saying: welcome home.

Let's break the ice a little shall we?
I've been born and raised in Munich, Germany. Since I've been a little girl I made my parents crazy. Why? Because I changed and redecorated my room every eight months.
Long story short, after graduating from Boarding School in the UK I've moved back to Munich and started studying Interior Design. After a couple of semesters in Munich I've moved back to the UK to finish my first class honors bachelor of arts in Interior Architecture & Design in London. Then I've moved to Milano and graduated with a masters degree in Interior & Living Design.
Next to my studies I've worked as a freelancer, and completed projects in Germany and Austria. I've also had the pleasure of doing several internships, one of them at Studio Azzolina in Milano.
After closing the university chapter I've moved to Amsterdam and started working as an interior architect & designer at Studio C Tubman. At SCT I was part of very exciting and challenging projects including Family Retreat in Long Island, Penthouse 4 in New York, Leidsekade in Amsterdam, and Kurandza in Mozambique.
And now we’re here - I live in Abu Dhabi and work as an interior architect & designer world wide.

As you can probably tell by now I love traveling and new adventures. My philosophy in life is that it’s essential to be open minded and experience as much as possible of different cultures, homes, and lifestyles, in order to then come up with new creative ideas. I strongly believe that going outside your comfort zone is the turning point to learn and grow. The diverse perceptions I’ve got to and am continuing to experience formed and are forming my design philosophy.
Anything I do I approach with the values I apply throughout life and the rest of my work: joy, passion, curiosity, faith in yourself, listening to your intuition, a strong belief in the importance of home, and the attention to live life aware and grateful.
I love my job because first of all it doesn’t feel like work, it feels like I’m truly living my purpose — which is to create the most personalized and beautiful homes for others with my creativity. And I love my job because it challenges me to always stay curious about how to approach a new project and how to use the past experience in a completely new context.
